Kaiveni Hiya

Data & account deletion

You can delete your Kaiveni Hiya account and its data at any time, from inside the app or from this page.

From the app

1. Open Settings from your profile tab.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.
3. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos, preferences and verification documents.
• Your matches, conversations and messages.
• Your wali links and payment receipts.

What may be kept

Records we must keep to meet legal obligations, such as payment records and safety reports, are retained for the period the law requires and then removed.
